Join us for a gentle spring walk through Bender Mountain Nature Preserve as we look for the first wildflowers and signs of the season beginning to wake up. This beginner-friendly hike is a chance to slow down, notice what is blooming, and spend time outside together. No experience needed, just comfortable shoes and curiosity.
We’ll start near Mt. Saint Joseph University’s West Lot parking – near the intersection of Delhi and Bender.
This hike is free to attend, though if you’re able to give, offerings are encouraged and appreciated as they help us keep our experiences accessible to all.

A gathering for Black men to spend time outside together, slow down, connect, and enjoy spring. We’ll take an easy hike, then end with a laid-back frolic with music, snacks, and time to just be.
Wear something comfortable, bring a blanket if you’d like, and come as you are.
