We begin the season by slowing down and reconnecting with the land beneath our feet. In this session, Jasmine will guide participants through a seed sowing ritual centered on intention, patience, and care. Together we will talk about what it means to grow in relationship with the land, then get our hands in the soil while learning basic seed starting practices for the growing season ahead. Participants will plant seeds to take home and begin their own growing journey.
